Obsolete or Discontinued Items
Certain fire alarm products offered for sale may be classified as obsolete or discontinued by the original manufacturer. This does not necessarily indicate that the product is defective, unsafe, or non-functional. Depending on the configuration and condition of the existing fire alarm system, these products may still be suitable for replacement, service, or maintenance purposes. In some cases, however, system upgrades or modifications may be required.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify product compatibility, specifications, and suitability prior to purchase. Due to the specialized nature of obsolete and discontinued items, all such sales are considered final. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is confirmed to be defective upon arrival.

FIRENOTIFIER.COM receives a ONE-YEAR WARRANTY on all products they purchase.

All sales are subject to a 20% restocking fee; however, this fee does not apply to items that were damaged during shipping or have defects.

We cannot accept returns above 30 days. Refunds require prior approval.
