The F220‐B6PM Base and F220‐B6PS Base, with their built‐in POPITs, provide individual addresses on the FACP data expansion circuit. The F220-B6PM Base provides an address on the FACP expansion circuit for its detector and up to an additional 19 detectors. The F220-B6PS Base provides an address on the FACP expansion circuit for its detector only. The bases accept the F220 Family Photoelectric Smoke and Heat Detector Heads. When using the bases with one of the F220 Detectors, they provide a Chamber Check trouble indication to the control panel through the POPIT Bus. The trouble indication appears at the keypads and annunciators as a Fire Trouble.
