The Edwards 284B-PL is a Fixed Temp Heat Detector.
Fixed Temp rating: 194F
Single-circuit normally open contact rated at 3 amps at 6 to 125V AC; 1.0 amps at 6 to 28V DC, 0.3 amps at 125V DC, and 0.01 amps at 250V DC.
The fixed temperature element is non-restorable and, when activated, the detector must be replaced. Replacement is indicated when the center disk has fallen free from the detector.
Includes: 280A-PL Plastic Mounting Plate. Detector twists and locks onto mounting plate. Mounting plate may be surface mounted or mounted onto any 3 1/4" (83mm) or 4" (102mm) octagon box.
