The 5000-007 Four Prism Mounting Plate comes pre-drilled to mount 4 Prisms (160 to 330 feet). Designed to mount on the Universal Mounting Bracket 5000-005 and Adjustment Bracket 3000-201. Prisms 23901, Universal Mounting Bracket 5000-005 and Adjustment Bracket 3000-201 are ordered separately.
