The T-4000-110 Wallbox Kit contains the parts listed in Table 1. The corresponding Wallplate Cover Kit is available in two finishes: beige (T-4000-111) and stainless steel (T-4000-112), and contains the parts listed in Table 2. Together, these kits (along with additional items which must be purchased locally as noted) provide the parts required to make a two-pipe concealed room instrument installation. Refer to pages 1-5 for a typical T-4002 thermostat wallbox installation in a hollow wall, pages 6-7 for a typical T-4002 thermostat wallbox installation inside a masonry box, and page 8 for special installation instructions for room instruments with three air terminal connections.
